Preparing Their Apartment for Sale

Their story:

When their dream home came up for sale three doors down, Helen and Ed needed to get their own place on the market quickly. With two small children, full-time jobs, a packed sports calendar and frequent international travel, calling in help was the natural next step. In a focused sprint session ahead of the high-end estate agents and their photographer, Helen and our team worked side by side to bring out the best in their small, cosy space. We cleared clutter and personal items and made thoughtful decisions about how to showcase their home’s strongest features.


Result:

A lighter, more neutral space and beautiful photos for the professional sales material. Helen also came away with new techniques and a go-to system for quickly pulling her home together for viewings.
